Prior to joining WCI, Inc., Greg served as the Executive Director of the Renewable Energy Institute International (REII). As the Executive Director at REII, Greg was responsible for managing renewable energy projects and the day-to-day operations of the organization. Prior to his appointment at REII, Greg consulted on various environmental and renewable energy projects throughout North America for public and private clients. Greg holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. 

Eric comes to WCI, Inc. from the office of the deputy Minister of the Québec Transportation Agency, where he acted as a strategic planning advisor. Prior to that, Eric has worked as a lecturer on climate change and energy at the University of Sherbrooke, in Canada, and as an economic consultant focusing on environmental performance indicators for the OECD environment directorate in Paris, France. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Sherbrooke.    

Before joining WCI, Inc., Umesh worked at digital agencies and technology consulting companies like Philips, Cox, Capgemini, Accenture and Sapient, developed numerous Web & mobile applications, and consulted on software architecture and digital transformation strategies for multiple Fortune 500 clients across a variety of verticals. Most recently, Umesh worked as a Chief Technology Officer for a healthcare startup, building a patient empowerment platform using emerging technologies such as big data, cloud, analytics and machine learning. After passing his medical doctor’s examination from University of Poona in India, Umesh studied towards a PhD in Physiology & Biophysical sciences at State University of New York.    

Starting in 1996, Maria joined Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies as a Financial Analyst and quickly rose in the ranks to become Supply Chain Project Manager and later Program Manager. She later served as Business Development Manager for Parametric Technology Corporation in Spain, and most recently as Program Manager for Mexicans and Americans Thinking Together, a binational non-profit organization focused on building cultural and economic links with the U.S. & Mexico. She received an MBA from University of San Francisco with a concentration in Finance.  

Kriti started her career as a Java programmer but soon discovered her passion for business analysis. Kriti has worked for companies like DaimlerChrysler, Belk, Cablevision, Altice U.S.A and Centene and has a track record of success in handling large scale as well as low budget initiatives. Kriti understands that transparency, open and active communication are keys to success and will use these tools to build trust and lasting relationships. Kriti has a master’s in computer applications from Osmania University in India. 

Prior to joining WCI, Inc., Udhish worked as a business analyst for NEC Corporation of America, Blue Shield of California, Cognizant Technology solutions and Verizon Business. Udhish holds a master’s degree in information technology management from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois.    

Prior to joining WCI, Inc. Rohit has worked as an IT Business analyst/Data Analyst for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, JPMC, GE Capital and Tech Mahindra. Rohit did his Masters in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology, in New Jersey, with a Minor in Business Intelligence and analytics.    

Before joining WCI, Inc. Aashwin worked at Extended Stay America developing internal microservices on AWS which communicate with an external data collection service. His key areas of interest are algorithms, distributed systems and blockchain. He has a master's degree in computer science from University of North Carolina, Charlotte.    

Before joining WCI, Inc., Jeremy was founder and consultant for a computer consulting company supporting the growing IT service needs for Northern California industries. Over the years, he also worked as an IT administrator and manager in various sectors, including bank security, insurance, and telecom. He is a certified CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCP, Cisco Certified Field Engineer and Cisco Certified Account Manager. Jeremy holds a college A.A. degree from Chabot College, Hayward, CA and he is currently enrolled in the Computer Science bachelor’s degree program at University of Illinois, Springfield.     

Before joining WCI, Inc., Emily worked at State Street Corporation as a Senior Associate Operations Specialist supporting day to day accounting activities, investment operations, and client communication. She has worked to update and improve several daily and monthly operations processes, enhancing the overall efficiency of her team. She is driven by her desire to learn and grow and is committed to providing consistent quality work. Emily obtained her bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.    

Before joining WCI, Inc., Geeta has worked for Innovative Business Solutions in India and Employee Outlook in USA, where she has gained extensive software knowledge. Geeta holds a master’s degree in computer application from Guru Jambheshwar University, India.

Padma started her career as a Java programmer with Tata Consultancy Services in India and soon moved to be a technology lead for global authorization network project at American Express in United Kingdom. Later she moved to the United States and joined NCR Corporation as a professional service technical consultant. At NCR Corp, she played a key role in deploying and integrating authentic-NCR’s payment switch with various bank’s core banking and card issuing systems. She has managed complex payments projects like Europay, MasterCard, Visa (EMV), and mobile payments for various financial institutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India.    

Before joining WCI, Inc., Tonoya worked for organizations such as the YMCA, Trader Joe’s and various start-ups. She also has a background in working with military groups and non-profit organizations while stationed in Germany. Tonoya studied at Georgia State University. She also has certifications in visual design and user experience with a specialty in interactive design from the California Institute of Arts, General Assembly, and the Nielsen Norman Group.   

Prior to joining WCI, Inc., Theresa designed and implemented multiple process improvements for various customer service departments at a Fortune 10 company. This included process improvements such as customer service experience survey, electronic flu vaccine ordering system and automated email. Most recently she also designed and implemented an automated system to improve the company’s order/delivery process for both internal and external customers. Thanks to her, a process that used to take approximately 1-2 hour(s) was reduced to 2-3 minutes, which will generate year over year savings and growth in business. Theresa currently holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and is bilingual (English and Vietnamese).

Poonam started her career as a Business Analyst in India with Infosys working as an offshore functional consultant for DNB Bank, Norway. She continued to work as a Functional Consultant for the implementation of Microsoft, Dynamics CRM for a Private Equity firm in London and then to setting up the Case Management system for a utilities company. This opportunity brought her to work directly with the Microsoft Dynamics product team as a Solution Design Manager in Seattle, WA. More recently, she worked as a Technical Program Manager for the San Diego Multiple Listing Service, where she managed the technology stack for the company and instituted agile standardized project paths for new implementations as well as post implementation support to ensure accurate and effective completion of deliverables. Her career has spanned multiple geographies, across multiple industries, and through many roles and technologies. She has significant experience in agile methodologies, managing stakeholder expectations, release and change management. Her experience has honed her into a Project Manager who understands the value of communication and who is intent on driving results through collaboration. She holds an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad, India, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from UTKAL University in India.

Before joining WCI, Inc., Celestine worked at Capital One as a Solutions Architect where he developed and designed architecture diagrams for the production environment. He leveraged different design principles for security in the cloud and implemented various AWS services to improve their security posture for Authentication, Authorization, Monitoring, Auditing, Encryption, and Data path security as well as implemented security best practices in AWS including multi-factor authentication. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from University of Yaoundé II Soa along with certificates and licenses as a professional scrum master, AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solutions Architect Associate.    

Prior to joining WCI, Inc., Samuel worked as an Innovation Product Manager/Owner for Amwell. He led two offshore teams: Eastern Europe and South America. He was the subject matter expert for all external and internal stakeholder management and technical team for the embedded lending platform MVP release. He also crafted internal and external communication around features, including release notes, user manuals, and feature descriptions as well as collaborated with the UI/UX team to build and design product features. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information System from Middle Tennessee State University, and he is certified for CSM, PMP, CSPO and CMMI Associate.    

Before joining WCI Inc, Oleg worked at Amazon as a Software Developer II in Alexa Smart Home division. Before Amazon, Oleg worked in many small, medium, and large companies such as Microsoft, Boeing, and AT&T. From 2006 to 2018, Oleg did contract-only work, accumulating extremely diverse experience by working with a wide range of different technologies, software development processes and domain areas (Real Estate, Recruiting, Finance, IoT, Aerospace, etc.). He was also an active developer for iOS platform since the inception of Apple App Store in 2009. He developed and published more than 50 of his own apps for iOS and MacOS. Production of his own apps gave Oleg a direct experience in end-to-end software production from marketing research to product delivery and support. Oleg holds a Master of Computer Science degree from Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering and Microsoft Solution Developer Certifications (MCSD and MCSD for .NET).    

Before joining WCI, Inc., Kapish worked at Zensar Technologies as a Software Engineer, where he developed APIs for the company's major client and created several utility tools to increase the team's productivity. He has also worked with the University of Texas at Arlington Libraries as a web developer and has managed migration projects for several websites there. Kapish holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington.    

Before joining WCI, Inc., Vipin worked at NCR Corporation as a Technical Software Lead. Within this position, he developed custom modules for the Authentic payment switch, as well as extensions and database objects to integrate third-party business services for processing card transactions. Vipin also implemented the optical character recognition (OCR) engine, Tesseract, trained people in this regard, and implemented public key infrastructure (PKI) to sign and encrypt the cheque images using keys stored in smart cards and hardware security modules (HSM). He worked on multiple financial software applications on the web and desktop. During these projects, he interacted with customers, product managers, solution architects, and quality assurance teams to translate user requirements into product design specifications, solution requirement documents, use case diagrams, user stories, current/proposed processes, sequence diagrams, and user interface (UI) mockups. Vipin holds a Bachelor’s in Technology – Computer Engineering and Information Technology.     

Before joining WCI, Inc. Sanjeevani worked at NextRoll, Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer where she was responsible for maintaining the pixel snippets injected into the customers' browser to track their actions related to clicking on an advertisement, viewing, or buying a product, etc. She worked on a service that allowed customers to receive their daily budget w.r.t. clicks and impressions on their campaigns. In her previous role at Amazon Web Services (AWS), she worked with AWS EMR team, automating the security patch installation on the Amazon Linux host – which involved interaction with AWS services such as EC2 and Blueprints. Alongside, she also worked with AWS Glue on a feature addition to enable VPC Secondary CIDR to expand IP addresses that customers can run their jobs in, which also helped avoid issues with unavailable IPs in the system. She holds a master's degree of Science in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology of Warangal, India.    

Wasim has a rich and diverse background, beginning his career in software development before transitioning into Solutions Architecture roles. His career path has since expanded into Portfolio and Program Management, where he managed PMOs and led various types of technology projects and programs. His experience includes working for Fortune 500 organizations like IBM Consulting, Citigroup, AT&T, First American, Raytheon/CSC, and Tech Mahindra. Before joining WCI, Inc., Wasim managed a significant digital transformation program and was instrumental in establishing a center of excellence. This center focused on standardizing and disseminating new technology practices across departments. Wasim holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and Drexel University, as well as an MBA from Colorado State University.
