September 24, 2025 Annual Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Western Climate Initiative, Inc. (WCI, Inc.) will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. The Board will meet at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time / 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. During the public session, the Board will review and consider the approval of June 25, 2025, Board Meeting Minutes, review corporate policies, elect officers, appoint members to standing committees, and review and consider the approval of the 2026 Budget and Washington State Funding Agreement. The Board will then convene an executive (closed) session to discuss jurisdiction, procurement, and personnel matters.  

Stakeholders and members of the public are invited to attend this meeting via teleconference. The meeting will be conducted in both French and English. There is no charge to attend. If you plan to attend, please register below.

The meeting agenda and materials will be posted to the WCI, Inc. website as they become available. During the meeting, attendees will have an opportunity to comment on agenda items.
