September 24, 2024 Annual Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Western Climate Initiative, Inc. (WCI, Inc.) will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. The Board will meet at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. During the public session, the Board will review and consider the approval of the June 17, 2024, Board Meeting Minutes, review corporate policies, elect officers, appoint members to standing committees, and review and consider the approval of the New York funding agreement. The Board will then convene an executive (closed) session to discuss jurisdiction and personnel matters.

Stakeholders and members of the public are invited to attend this meeting via teleconference. The meeting will be conducted in both French and English. There is no charge to attend this meeting. If you plan to attend, please register below.
