October 8, 2026, Annual Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Western Climate Initiative, Inc. (WCI, Inc.) will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2026. The Board will enter into executive (closed) session at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time / 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss jurisdiction, procurement, and personnel matters. The Board will then convene a public (open) session beginning at approximately 12:30 p.m. Pacific / 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time. During the public session, the Board will review and consider the approval of May 14, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes, review corporate policies, elect officers, appoint members to standing committees, receive the Treasurer’s Report and review and consider the approval of the 2027 Budget.   

Stakeholders and members of the public are invited to attend this meeting via teleconference. The meeting will be conducted in both French and English.There is no charge to attend this meeting. If you plan to attend, please register below.    

The meeting agenda and materials will be posted to the WCI, Inc. website as they become available. Attendees will have an opportunity to comment on agenda items during the meeting.
