The Board of Directors of Western Climate Initiative, Inc. (WCI, Inc.) will meet via teleconference on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. During the public session, the Board will review and consider approval of the December 17, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes, and the Washington State Funding Agreement Amendment. The Board will then convene an executive (closed) session to discuss jurisdiction and personnel matters.
Stakeholders
and members of the public are invited to attend this meeting via
teleconference. The meeting will be conducted in both French and English. There
